\r\n有關學位論文延後公開之申請，請協助提醒學生務必依規定於學位考試（口試）前提出申請（相關公告請參閱附檔），以免影響後續作業，謝謝大家的幫忙。
\r\n以下整理申請重點，提供參考或轉知同學使用：
\r\n
\r\n1.     可申請的理由 : (1)涉及機密、(2)涉及專利事項、(3)依法不得提供
\r\n
\r\n2.     申請時間：須於學位考試（口試）前提出。
\r\n
\r\n3.     申請程序 : 學生於口試前填寫延後公開申請書，敍明理由及檢附相關證明，並於學位口試時由考試委員審核。
\r\n(建議學生提前將申請書與證明文件提供給考試委員，方便先進行了解與評估)
\r\n
\r\n4.     審核要件：
\r\n          •   若為「涉及機密」或「依法不得提供」：需提出適用法規或具體事證
\r\n          •   若為「涉及專利事項」：需提供專利申請案號或相關申請說明
\r\n
\r\n5.     延後公開期限:
\r\n          •   延後公開最長五年
\r\n          •   期滿後如仍需延後，須再提出申請並檢附事證，送原學位考試委員或原系（所）務會議審議。
\r\n
\r\n6.     其他說明
\r\n         •   學生須在論文上傳系統中正確設定延後公開選項，並上傳簽章完整的申請書。
\r\n         •   申請書上的日期需為口試前或口試當日
\r\n         •   繳交至註冊組的論文，依國家圖書館規定，相關證明文件需夾附於論文內
\r\n         •   繳至圖書館的論文無須夾附證明文件。
\r\n         •   論文電子檔的授權在論文系統進行設定。

\r\n為鼓勵本校成績優異且具研究潛力之優秀學生逕修讀本校博士班，以積極培育國家社會所需高級研究人才，特訂定學生逕修讀博士學位獎學金作業要點，112學年度起擴大辦理為獎勵兩校區學生。
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n一、獎學金金額：每名獎學金每月二萬元為上限，計給獎一年。
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n二、申請資格條件(前三項條件均須符合)：
\r\n
\r\n(一)經本校各博士班審核通過逕修讀博士學位，
\r\n並由指導教授及系所主管推薦之本地生、僑生及外籍生(不含陸、港、澳生)。
\r\n
\r\n(二)逕修讀博士班之第一學年，且為全時進修(非在職)者。
\r\n
\r\n(三)學逕博學生之學士班學業總平均成績計算至畢業前一學期，排名在該班學生前百分之二十以內；碩逕博學生之碩士班學業成績總平均達GPA3.38以上。
\r\n
\r\n(四)通過CEFR語言能力參考指標B2等級者尤佳。
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n三、申請期限:
\r\n
\r\n本獎學金申請期限為每年9月底，因於9月份才通過擴大辦理，故112學年度受理申請期限延至112年10月31日止，逾期不予受理。
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n四、申請方式
\r\n
\r\n(一)為配合永續發展校園，推動無紙化作業， 除推薦信外，其他申請文件僅接受電子檔申請，請學生於112年10月31日前以電子檔案方式辦理，電子檔請合併成一個pdf檔繳交。請寄送承辦人員電子信箱

\r\n一、獎勵對象: 經本校錄取並註冊入學之博士班一年級新生及博士班二年級在學生（含逕修讀博士學位及2月提前入學者）。
\r\n二、獎學金金額： 博士生一年級至二年級在學期間，每名博士生核給其實際所繳學雜費金額（以本校公告之學雜費收費標準辦理）之博學獎學金，惟其所繳學雜費不包括教育學程學分費、音樂個別指導費、各項代收代辦費（如保險、住宿、網路使用費及體育場地使用費等相關費用）。
\r\n三、申請期間 : 每學期結束申辦，相關申請方式將另行公告。

\r\nStarting from the academic year 2025, the Erudite Scholarship award period will be adjusted to the first academic year of doctoral studies.
\r\n1.Starting from the academic year 2025, the Erudite Scholarship will be awarded to first-year students who have been admitted into and enrolled in a NYCU’s PhD program (including students in direct pursuit of a doctoral degree or who have early admission on February). The scholarship award period will be adjusted to the first academic year of doctoral studies. Applicable to doctoral students enrolled after the 2025 academic year.

\r\n論文系統已完成與Turnitin論文相似度比對系統串接，為利保存本校最終版本之論文電子檔及Turnitin比對報告，即日起，畢業生至論文系統上傳論文同時完成比對及檔案儲存。無須至E3進行比對。上傳完成後若需重傳論文電子檔，必須再次進行比對。
\r\n系統同時增加【Symskan文獻相似度檢索服務】比對報告的上傳欄位，提供需要者使用。

\r\n1、將「學位論文學術倫理暨原創性比對聲明書正本」及「著作彙編之學位論文資訊及彙編學術著作之共同作者貢獻聲明書」送交所屬教學單位，並將著作彙編之學位論文資訊及彙編學術著作之共同作者貢獻聲明書納入學位論文中，其次序請詳本校博碩士學位論文格式規範。如學位論文以著作彙編形式為之，請一併將「著作彙編之學位論文採認同意書」送交所屬教學單位。前述文件請先送交所屬教學單位再上傳至論文上傳系統，俾利查驗。
